POLICY - PLEASE READ!
All tools, paint/stains, and materials are provided. Please arrive 10 minutes early as the session will start on time. Project selection is required at the time of booking. Please be sure to double check your information to ensure your project materials will be ready for you at the start of the workshop.
Every participant in a workshop must be registered with a project of their own in order to participate. Seats are not set aside for unregistered guests or observers. Anyone who hasn’t paid will be asked to leave or, if a seat and project materials are available, they can pay for the workshop prior to the beginning of instruction.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our studio, payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of a workshop will be granted a credit for a future workshop. The credit is valid for up to six months from original scheduled workshop.
Guests who show up more than 20 minutes late for a workshop may be asked to leave but will receive a credit towards another workshop in the future.
Due to extensive preparation, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 4 attendees.
